Chakra Healing: Third Eye Chakra aka Ajna

I think you're intention is great, but healing the third eye for some people like myself is not as easy as you think. It will probably take me many years to heal it. I'm 99% blind in the third eye. It was probably due to a head injury as a child. My dreams are very seldom and only last 2-3 seconds and are super dark black and grey. When you say to imagine an eye or a ball ect that won't work for me. When I close my eyes everything goes black.
