@monkeymagic2178 Every phone subsctn in korea requires ID wether its prepaid or postpaid, so if you buy a phone u should have ID or anyones ID to register with. On Contracts, this will come into the scene if you buy in installment (halbu 할부- in korean) comes in 2yrs so u dont pay anything when u get the phone but the cost of the phone will be added to ur phone bill in the period of ur contract. this is available to every korean and to some foreigners depending on ur visa.
