Hey I saw this and decided to help you. what you can do is practice handling the ball so you wont be "knocking" the ball out of your hand, go over the rules of the game so you know whats legal and illegal, and to face the fear of tackling dont look at there face look where your tackling (the legs) and hit with your shoulders and drive hard enough to knock them down. hope that helps.
