  • I can understand why one can be pessimistic when it comes to the prospect of a country like the US legalising a compound like ibogaine but ultimately, its the people that decide whats what. Inform the masses and sooner or later it will be legalised. You don't need to have been addicted to heroin to understand the impact this will have. Even the most ignorant American knows that drug addiction affects everyone, not just the addicts themselves. But ultimately, its not the drugs that arethe problem

  • The problem is the fact that they are illegal and more expensive than gold.

  • Good film.

  • Pharmaceuticals & doctors (pushers) : Unbelievable that we live in a world that gets people on drugs then sell many more drugs that supposedly helps you get off other drugs. Money can make the world go around for some. Great video production on this promising Ibogaine treatment .

  • does it work for boozehounds?

  • @Ulai777 I don't know for sure but I have a feeling it would work for any type of addictive conditioning including eating disorders, gambling, etc.

  • I can keep going on and on, but you get the idea, basically I highly recommend it, the most intellectual experience that you will ever have bar none, it will change your life in ways you never imagined it, with this said, have a nice day XD

  • Now DMT is much different that iboga and ayahuasca due to the level of experiences and at the rapid speed that it all takes place at. There are many parts to the trip, almost like an intro, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. Now, all people experience different landscapes, creatures, lifeforms, aliens, entities of all conscience levels, therefore no one is right or wrong about their experience because it all has to do with you as a single soul that feeds this giant never-ending process of energy

  • DMT can be rather simply achieved with a simple chemical extraction setup and a basic understanding of the process. Either resort to doing it yourself or find some1 that deals shrooms or acid, those are your best bets for locating it. I have a church friend who has a degree in chemistry therefore he does it for me in exchange for $180/gram. 30-40 hits can be achieved from a single gram, and one hit is all you need, you need to keep it below 40degreesF and can be stored indefinitely

  • ayahuasca is almost identically similar to iboga, the only difference is the origins. Both will produce visions far from what we as humans are accustomed to on this world, the hardest thing about the experience is trying to find the correct terminology and metaphors to explain it, then you realize its not to be explained, rather experienced. Now if you are looking for a much more potent and higher dosage, I suggest look for purely extracted DMT, crystallized neurotransmitter found in your brain

  • @fukwaynecampaign2 freight train rumble ftw

  • take mimosa bark, beat it with a hammer until the fibers separate, soak it in 6 different batches of water, save all the water batches and combine them together, cook this one single big mixture on the stove top and simmer it down for about 6-8 hours until most of it evaporates, you can also evaporate it long enough to get a powder out of it, but if not desired, stick with the liquid form, let it sit at room temperature covered for 12 hours, drink the Ayahuasca liberally, should last 6-10 hrs.XD

  • i think bayer should step up and solve what they created

  • i need to find out more about this and where this is legal.

  • The problem of big pharma is that it is addicted to the health of ... big pharma.

How could they appreciate a medication which cures from ... medication.

An healthy patient costs them money. But this means that they have the wrong policy and that they will collapse in a way similar to the Berlin wall. That is what happens when lies accumulate. From my experience and readings I think Salvia divinorum can help to cure some addictions too (do research on the net).

  • ive recentley been too rehab 2 weeks detox for methadone/heroin i was given lofexadine fukin shit it was like doin a rago rattle im still feeling shitty they need too make this ibog stuff worldwide there would be a lot less junkies on the streets including me it seems to be something special this root so wise up goverments and test this stuff properley IBOGA is the way

  • I heard Van Cu var has it someplace. I am going to research my ass off I live in Cleveland ohio across my lake in my back yard Lake Erie is Toronto so Canada is not far fromme i will be finding a way before June of 2011 it is July 19 2010, I have to give myself some time to save money Iam a single mother on methadone and it is killing me at a fast rate. My own doctor is begging me to get off before I die. I pray maybe he will know of a way. I will find a way. if u know a way leave me comment

  • Everything I have read for the last two years, that I have heard from others with addictions or trauma, has been nothing but good. I hope to be able to take this in the next couple of years. It feels right in my soul.

  • LEGALIZE IT NOW!

  • Probably the most touching, true and honest film about the spiritual healing powers of visionary plants.

  • well that was a trancendental ending....simply beautiful. i think somewhere out there we can find even a cure for AIDS....god is nature and nature has all the answers.

  • i desperately want this for me and my brother. its so frustrating to know its there but i have know way to get it. I'm 35, on methadone and have been addicted to opiates since i was 17.

  • I am a 5 year oxy addict. 2 years on suboxone now. i lost my job at pharmacy for missing pills (u know the story). chose to quit.......on day 9 now of kicking subox. watching this brings tears to my eyes. i want to do this so bad.....i want to free myself from my own torture. i cant afford something like this. especially in the finacial state im in right now. is there any resource or help for me:????? im 29 years old and i know im bettter than what ive done to myself. please anyone...
  • @mistercrispy i totally feel your pain. and share the same desperation. stay strong. you have to make the best of what you have. remember that you are on day 9 and it will get ea\sier. take care.

  • @mistercrispy did you taper off the subs? I am on 4 mg a day and wanna get of it. I've been on it for 5 years and I am having a rough time getting off it. Thanks!

  • @rsohlich1 Unfortunately, you'd have better luck kicking heroin. Suboxone's half-life is equal if not longer than methadone's which makes for a loooooong withdrawal tapering regardless....

  • @mistercrispy BTW I hope your doing better

  • An amazing and very important documentary!!

Yes, big pharma are only interested in profit and exploitation. THAT mindset would want to isolate the 'addiction' interrupter'00and they have some drugs now suppsedly for this I read a while ago.

  • But the VISIONARY part they dont want because it exposes their soul dead agenda which is throughout this culture--the 'eductation' mass media, mental illness myth, etc

So what we have to do is bot depend on their authority at all, and make it so people can have access to this sacred plant!

  • Thank you for posting this. All the best luck for the further education of alternate, un-western medicine

  • LSD-25, courtesy Sandoz Laboratories, was studied and papers exist on how it could help cure alcoholism. It's interesting reading material. MK-ULTRA is another interesting read.

  • I Had a friend who traveled to Africa to take part in an Iboga Ritual and died during the ritual in the beginning of this year. So it is also very lethal if wrongly administered let's not forget that. Maybe thats why it's illegal because it is so lethal if taken wrongly and in too high doses?

  • where can i get some of this stuff and is it legal in america?????????

  • Ironic that Ibogaine is not legal when the FDA is treason.

  • peace be with those with struggles if you know somone with addiction pass this infomation on

    peace and love to all

  • the fact this plants illegal ( not a drug. its a plant :P) possibly pissed me off more than the marijuana wars! ( what i call the war on drugs, lets face it pots the main enemy there :( )

  • listen if you think this is amazing then watch "run away from the cure" cus guess what the mysteries to life and death are right in front of our eyes. CANNABIS CURES US. PLANTS CURE US, HELP US, GOD LOVES US!!! PEACE!

  • I think doctors of the west soon will realise the importance of this and similar treatments. I really do think that if the doctors were to choose, they would choose to save lives. It's much easier for the drug companies to say "no" - they don't have to look into anyone's eyes. Perhaps the doctors are the ones who have the power to start the discussion for real - after all; without doctors, no money for the drug companies. ..

  • @Gnostikern everyones minds are different thats agreeable, for some ppl drugs benifit, for some they dont they just worsen them. no drug can cure anyone they can only cure themselves but its hard if not impossible cause our minds are too powerful and cant reset, u just move forward. but then again everyone deserves happiness cuz its all we really need.

  • I think that the big pharmaceutical companies have alot of power in all of western society.

  • The fucked up thing about America is that well treat diseases all day. Meaning well give you Suboxone or Methadone all day. So there is lots of money to be made. But we won't cure shit. There's not enough money in curing diseases. And it's horrile that this country thinks this way.

  • Has their been any evidence that PAWS are not present after treatment and the need for anti-depressants is gone?

  • Comment removed

  • you should look up cannabis on the way.

  • @nystagmus

    Nice grammar Doctor.

  • @flame132 opioid..... thanks!

  • @flame132 Thats why he's doctor.

  • @nystagmus A doctor that can't spell opioid? I knew something was wrong here.

  • thanks buddy, it was a typo. i'll just erase my post. peace.

  • great video~ LEGALIZE IT

  • With more varied treatments in the USA and more opportunities for addicts, law enforcement agency's would lose money. Putting people in prison makes people alot more money than people realize. Incarceration is big business. In their eyes, the more "criminals", the better. It's sick.

  • @Chuckjagermeister the whole cycle of drugs is massively profitable. drug dealers spending money (miami backwater town before cocaine then major metropolis overnight) enforcement (in seizures and jobs), incarceration and rehabs (big time money and prisons have been privatized since '87 so thats a whole other beast), pharmaceuticals (methadone etc) and on and on

  • They will never cure cancer either. The only problem is people die to quickly, so as long as maintenance works that's all their will ever be.

  • 5 starz and a big Thank You! I being on methadone and barely able to afford this

don't know how I can benefit from it myself but I will certainly pass it on.Let's face it, we're not going to end the war on drugs any time soon in the U.S. If anything they're going to enforce it harder and get as many people on drugs such as Prozac, Paxil, etc. for control reasons. This treatment is a huge financial threat to a lot of people, from Rehabs to law enforcement agencies!

  • 5 star, favorite, mirror, and share this film. Doing so will make it more popular and thus more likely to be viewed. The key to fighting the war on drugs is to educate people about drugs. Not enough people even know of the existence of this treatment, including those that could desperately use it.

Government is just a war and money machine. Politicians have no experience in medicine, so they should have no ability to set drug policy. But they do. The US is screwed.

  • Thank you for doing this, I will spread the word.

  • someone should send these videos to all the farmaceutical companies

how can they not take this in production?

  • farmaceutical companies will NOT take this in production couse they wants to sale other shit to addicts for years.

  • someone should send this videos to all the farmaseutical companys how can they NOT take this in production

  • Ibogaine doesn't require frequent maintenance, doing it 1-3 times, with proper support systems should completely break the addiction.

As such, people would only purchase it from the pharmaceutical companies once or twice at most, and there would be little profit. At the same time they'd lose money on all the drugs that are currently used to treat addiction.

To them, what is good for the shareholders is most important than what is good for society or other human beings. sigh.

  • Just like all big business. They cannot put to much quality into products or they will lose profits. They will never cure anything. all the maintenance in the world but never a cure. Like cars and TV's its all the same to them, its just money.

  • They already have a huge business with maintenance drus such as buprenorphine and methadone, so because that is so lucrative for them I don't think their keen on producing a drug that oly needs to be taken once
