Just decided to add Yoga to my Get Fit After Being Fat program. Thought I'd start out free on the internet. Maybe I should docunment this here on our iPad we just got ourselves for Xmas.
Googled looking for a video to learn how to straighten my back. Found my way here via one of your vids.
Thanks for putting this online to help people. I hope to do the same. We all need to help our sisters and brothers a little more.

hang upside down like a bat.
at gyms they have leather straps for your ankle it let you relax upside down..
