My great aunt was on this ship when it was hijacked. She was next to be executed after Klinghoffer before foreign powers intervened. Her name was Mildred Hodes, she was with her husband Frank Hodes. Leon and Lisa Klinghoffer were their dear friends, all of them just enjoying a nice vacation together on a cruise...so sad that they had to witness the dispicable murder of Leon...just because he was Jewish. This will be forever etched in my memory.
I remember when this happened. I didn't agree with his economic or tax ideas, but this was one of the best things Ronald Reagan every did, and it made me proud to have him my President at that time.
The Italian peoples have been betrayed just like we have. I'm not out for a feud with Italian people, only with their traitors, whom the Italians are after themselves.
I'll be posting a blog page about the problems being faced in Italy & I'll put a notice here when I do.
