Folks - you do not have to wait until your child is a toddler before you train them to use the potty/toilet after you have trained them to go in nappies - why train them to go in nappies in the first place? Look up and do the research - type in Elimination Communication - or even ask grandma. What do you think they do in places where there are no nappies freely available! isn't it mean to train your baby to go in a nappy?
