But thankfully an NPC survivor lured them away (unfortunately for him, I see his body out in the street every morning), but he left an opportunity for me to escape and so I did... @Sypran it did sadly. Well, the update is great! but the overhaul was an unfortunate event that happened. From what I know, someone broke into their house, and stole the laptops that had all the code on it. So they were forced to start over.

@Sypran I think he misinterpreted the question you had, good sir! I believe the slightly different look is to do with the update! There is an entirely new lighting engine which changes a lot, and the addition of dirt and grime to the textures, as well as random patches of dirt and grime on the ground, on say, pathways.

The game is just lighted a bit differently, and the textures have been updated slightly. : )

Your main supply downstairs is overran.You think of taking your shotgun and using a shell to end yourself. But you think... I'm out of wood, but all the furniture... You move the furniture to the door. Zombies get in, but not past the furniture. You drop your sheet out of the window and climb out and run to your back up shelter.

Speaking of the update and new map system, any ideas for future maps been sketched down anywhere? Such as a city neighbourhood and stuff.

Could do some easier maps, nightmareish maps, maybe even some outright weird maps. Moon Zombies. Colony on the Moon. Yes. Ultimate survival since now you need to worry about your oxygen supply being stable.

Not the most important thing now until the main game engine is solid admittedly. Engines looking fantastic now. Infinitely better than before.

ex. when he is upstairs in the bed room, he can drag the bed infront of the door way to the bathroom, when the zeds try to get into the bathroom to eat baldspot, they will only keep pushing the bed into the wall and not be able to get into the bathroom

however, theres no way youll be able to escape the bathroom
