One thing I noticed you do not do that I had a hard to not doing was widening my knees when I widened my elbows. So when I practice my mini lock I would bo my knees out at the same time. Seemed girly in the mirror until I realized that you weren't doing that, you kept your knees together.

Thanks for posting these. I can't dance. No, really. I don't mean, "I'm not good at dancing." I mean, I AM NOT ALLOWED. I'm so bad that when I start dancing, everyone stops and the music stops and it gets really quiet and the manager comes over and taps me on the shoulder and gently escorts me out of the club.

well, the first time i've been to a club i didnt dance with ONE girl...just too shy, the next time my friends just "threw" me at one girl (yeah they rlly threw me) and i just startet doing what she did...we tried this a few times lol :D and the third time at the club i just randomly grabbed a girl, took her hips and just moved to the beat just like she did...just try and try and try and try it over and over again, some'll walk away, some'll stay a few mins and some'll dance and give u ther numbr

well,ive been to the disco's and im just 13 and the first time i did something with a girl in the disco's was after i been there like the third time.(bad english,sorry;) and i was 12 over whene i did something with a girl, so i was dancing with girls from like the age of 14 or something , i held my hands by her hips,and my friends had actually had to forse me to do that, but it was pretty easy,just dance and the rest wil come
