  • Why you no mention the rhomboids' involvement Joe Tong? Anyway I don't see why you can't put size on using this movement, it's compound and probably more suited to adding size than more isolated moves like rear delt bent-over lateral raises which can't handle as much weight.

    Feeling it in the triceps is fine, it's the biceps that is the problem. Feeling it in the triceps happens when the hands move out more, and it keeps tension on back. Only biceps take tension away from the back.
