God, he was awesome. I was a lot younger then and only knew him for the goals, but now I can appreciate the movement off the ball to give himself the extra yard and the quick looks to see where he could slot the ball. Ive known marco and his wife monica for 10 years he did get an eye injury playing squash but thats not what kept him out so long he got an injury in training and picked up a flesh eating bug on his calf and when dick advocat came in he was frozen out he loved scotland and rangers
