it's too late to do it now, but if you'll take a router with a 1/4" roundover bit and round over both sides of the ends of the inner walls, before you nail or screw them in, the air will flow around the corner easier. i built a box similar to that one for 1 polk audio 12". it sounds awesome. i bet yours will too.
