There isn't any way to get the necromancer without the DLC. If you hack the game for it, i've heard that only the name shows up.

Behemoth finished the DLC over half a year ago, everybody is waiting for microsoft to release the DLC now. Behemoth has no controll over it. Microsoft is gay so there is no release date for it yet. We could be waiting for another year for all we know. Technically, everybody who downloaded the original game has the necromancer and all that other stuff. The DLC is just a key that enables you to use stuff. Si I guess these guys figured out a way to access that content without the DLC.

1) You're a game reviewer. The guy talking about it is part of Team Xbox on IGN. Developers usually give reviewers all planned DLC so they can give a full review.

2) Hackers. There's something called a HEX Editor, which allows people to change stuff in the game at will. Someone on the leaderboards used one to go into the game and play as the Necromancer. He's on the leaderboards, you just have look for a bit.

There was a leaked sprite sheet, about 3 days before CCs release.
