@ABBAnMJ I totally agree that people should just listen to the music. But just to clarify, just cuz they're Christians doesn't mean that they are a Christian band. I read in an interview with Jon Foreman (lead singer) that they'd rather not be called a Christian band because they don't want non-Christians to think that they can't listen to it. I thought that was the coolest thing cuz their songs are just so inspirational to everyone and there could be more then one meaning to a songt, ya know?

Yeah, this is a great Christian band but this song is not a religious song. No offense, but spreading Christianity on YouTube on some non-religious song is just mere ignorance. As a kid growing up, I wasn't interested in music until my mom bought an album and a free sampler CD with it. I wore that disc out listening to "new way to be human", which put my young faith into a captivating perspective as a youngster growing up in an increasingly decadent society. I soon after purchased my first album, "Learning To Breathe". That album taught me lessons about life that I'll never forget. I finally got to see switchfoot this year at awakening fest. I'll never forget it.
