Intelligent design does not necessarily HAVE to mean CHRISTIAN oriented design. I think that there MAY have been intelligent "design" but I can not absolutely "KNOW" that the "God" described in the varying versions of "bibles" is the designer.
A "design" possibility could simply be an alien intelligence from another sector of the universe? Could be a civilization from Earth's past that manipulated the genes of our ancestors? There are MANY possibilities but few absolutes.
Creation/design does not NECESSARILY require what WE as 21st century homosapiens may prescribe to as "logical". The fact that organic life of ANY kind is able to survive on this , or any other world, is ENOUGH " "proof" to support the POSSIBILITY of design. You are trying to "prove" the unprovable IF your thrust is to DISPROVE intelligent "design". Even the "mechanism" behind progressive evolution of any species can be "seen" as intelligence. Design does NOT require "perfection".

You should really read a bit about physics101, Chemistry and geology, because your claims are just lacking facts. I might take the opportunity to do a video about some of them, but until then, I recommend you (and aonyone else reading this) go do some REAL reading about what physics, geology and chsmistry are "saying" about those things. There are no water above nothing -- the atmosphere contains water, but it's FAR from *being* water, or *having* water "above it".
That, btw, isn't the only weird, insensible or false claim the biblical text makes about the shape, form and age of the earth and the stars. I'd expect a text influenced by God to not only be more accurate, but be more revealing in that aspect. We seem to have to do much more "reinterpretation" work to make it fit reality than actually make new discoveries by reading the text.
Um well there is water inside the earth, there is water on the earth, there is water in the atmosphere, theres is water all the way into the furthest reaches of the universe..
Water being H2O, even one molecule is water - although not running water by itself; in the atmosphere we have drops which are water "micro oceans" on a condensation core "planet" ;P
Furthermore, the Earth's mantle stone is highly oxidized. This wouldn't be the case if the Earth had ever been molten. When rock approaches temperatures of viscosity, it begins expelling gasses. The heat forces the gasses out of the material. When temperatures rise to make the stone glow with heat, it is burning, and the O2 becomes boned to the material to form a new compound. But the mantles are highly oxydized with free oxygen molecules, which is impossible had the Earth ever been molten.
Hmmm... there is gases trapped in rock, even molten rock, they are trapped because they have trouble escaping even though there are great heat and thermal movement..
Oxygen is reacting to stuff, but, it needs stuff to bind to to do that, and if any other reactive is "taken" there will be a surplus of oxygen..
If the Earth's outer core barrier were 4,000 degrees like evos claim, there couldn't be an Arctic Ocean's worth of water wrapped around the edge of the outer core:

Water doesn't sink to a place that's 4,000 degrees. It becomes steam. Obviously, the outer core is not 4,000 deg. at it's edge like the evos have been telling us in grology classes for the last 150 yrs.

The north magnetic pole is really the south magnetic pole. Being that north and south ends of magnets repel each other and like ends attract, the magnet on the end of a campass needle is repel by the north pole of the earth. So what we think of as north is actually the south in terms of polarity.
i'm not sure, but i'd assume the wobble would be due to a gravitational pull of something. possibly the moon or other planets moving towards and away from the earth at any given time. mass and movement/rotation causes different g forces. so maybe as they move toward and away from the earth, they pull on it causeing the earth tilt to shift alittle.
i find perfection in imperfection. things are suppose to be imperfect. it balances it's self out that way. what is concidered imperfect makes it perfect in another way. ex- the tilt causing seasons. if the earth was just one season everywhere things would be a lot more differant than they are now.. we would have no migratory birds aswell as lot other animals. so thanks to that slight imperfection we have perfection in other places. it's a balanced diet lol!!

also in modern day if you use one of those planes that can go into stratosephere(i think thats what it's called). you can also see the curvature of the earth if you're lets say out in the middle of the ocean 360 degrees of nothingness,the horizen is curved. not only that but if it was flat as it was once believed to be you'd still be able to see land in every direction because light is infinate.

The earth is aligned at 23.5 degrees because of the gravitational variance caused by the moon, literally given to us by the moon. It's not that the earth is perfectly placed or designed, the entire solar system has an effect on every body held within, like a gravitational ballet of sorts. The moon is also moving away from us at rate of about an inch a year, wrap your head around that.

According to the paper I read, the changing of the poles is not as fixed as we would hope. The last one, if I remember correctly, was about 4000 years ago (and I need to check this, I am not sure). The article stated that if it would've been "fixed" times, then we are about to wittness such event soon.. but it's not quite fixed, so you can't really tell.

Animals do have good compasses in their heads. That's why birs migrate thousands of miles to an exact spot, such as a pond, then go home to the exact same spot. It's utterly amazing! God's creations are truly amaziing. So many creatures do things which are completely inexplicable.

Actually it's a lot easier to just watch where the sun sets in the evening - that's always west , north is then over your right shoulder. should work almost anywhere on earth
Maybe animals use my advanced technique to navigate, ie they just make a mental note of where the sun rises(E) and sets(W) every day, because I really don't think they've a compass like you said they do.
4 yrs ago I was driving home (a 20 min. drive) after work and the tierod on my vehilce came loose right from the start. The vehicle was shaking as I drove all the way home. I didn't think it was so bad at the time. I prayed that it would be safe. When I got 100 feet from my apartment while driving only 25 mph, the tie rod came off. Had it come off 1 minute before, I would have been doing 65mph and it would have slung my vehicle off the hwy into trees.
Maybe the centrifical force of your tire spinning at higher speeds helped it stay on. When you went slower and did sharper turns (which you do not on the interstate) you finally broke it. So God saved your tierod but not the thousands of other people that died that night?

If the earth flips polarity, for instance, it will no longer be suitable for MOST of the animal life. Chandler's wobble has no meaning or purpose for life on earth; none whatsoever.. a tiny wobble lasting 433 days that does nothing for us shows a purpose/perfection to be quite flawed..
I see what you're saying, but I'm not sure I agree. An all knowing all doing god who CREATED things needs to have a purpose for things. An all doing god has no limits, so his invention should qualify as the most perfect to achieve that purpose.
So both purpose and perfect design needs to be in the argument. State the intended purpose, then show how the design suits perfectly into it... see what Im saying?
We have no argument at this specific thesis, then :) I can argue 'spirituality' in terms of 'super-natural' in my view being an oxymoron, but it is an argument for another day. In here, I argue ID-proponents' "perfect design by god" solely.
btw, globe is not circle, circle is not globe - the main and enormous difference is the fact one is FLAT and the other is 3Dimentional. Yes, true, if you take a bug and put it on a ball, it will think it's a circle. But we're not bugs. Humans KNOW what balls are. The difference is not immaterial it's huge. Ball is one thing, circle another. I'd expect a book that claims to deliver god's word to know the difference.

Um well there is water inside the earth, there is water on the earth, there is water in the atmosphere, theres is water all the way into the furthest reaches of the universe..
Water being H2O, even one molecule is water - although not running water by itself; in the atmosphere we have drops which are water "micro oceans" on a condensation core "planet" ;P

Furthermore, the Earth's mantle stone is highly oxidized. This wouldn't be the case if the Earth had ever been molten. When rock approaches temperatures of viscosity, it begins expelling gasses. The heat forces the gasses out of the material. When temperatures rise to make the stone glow with heat, it is burning, and the O2 becomes boned to the material to form a new compound. But the mantles are highly oxydized with free oxygen molecules, which is impossible had the Earth ever been molten.

Hmmm... there is gases trapped in rock, even molten rock, they are trapped because they have trouble escaping even though there are great heat and thermal movement..
Oxygen is reacting to stuff, but, it needs stuff to bind to to do that, and if any other reactive is "taken" there will be a surplus of oxygen..

If the Earth's outer core barrier were 4,000 degrees like evos claim, there couldn't be an Arctic Ocean's worth of water wrapped around the edge of the outer core:

The north magnetic pole is really the south magnetic pole. Being that north and south ends of magnets repel each other and like ends attract, the magnet on the end of a campass needle is repel by the north pole of the earth. So what we think of as north is actually the south in terms of polarity.

i'm not sure, but i'd assume the wobble would be due to a gravitational pull of something. possibly the moon or other planets moving towards and away from the earth at any given time. mass and movement/rotation causes different g forces. so maybe as they move toward and away from the earth, they pull on it causeing the earth tilt to shift alittle.

i find perfection in imperfection. things are suppose to be imperfect. it balances it's self out that way. what is concidered imperfect makes it perfect in another way. ex- the tilt causing seasons. if the earth was just one season everywhere things would be a lot more differant than they are now.. we would have no migratory birds aswell as lot other animals. so thanks to that slight imperfection we have perfection in other places. it's a balanced diet lol!!

also in modern day if you use one of those planes that can go into stratosephere(i think thats what it's called). you can also see the curvature of the earth if you're lets say out in the middle of the ocean 360 degrees of nothingness,the horizen is curved. not only that but if it was flat as it was once believed to be you'd still be able to see land in every direction because light is infinate.

we have liquid lava because of the core temprature of the earth. it is hot enough to melt metals and rock. it's a cycle metal and rock are melted come to the surface and become solid. those solids push down the layer under it and it's the domino effect. the layer at which is molten lava was once a solid on the surface of the earth. what comes up must go down pretty much.

The earth is aligned at 23.5 degrees because of the gravitational variance caused by the moon, literally given to us by the moon. It's not that the earth is perfectly placed or designed, the entire solar system has an effect on every body held within, like a gravitational ballet of sorts. The moon is also moving away from us at rate of about an inch a year, wrap your head around that.

if the earth was Say 4000 years old and the poles were changing as rapidly as every 50 to 100 years compasses would have to have a design change every
time the poles changed So that leads me to believe that when the poles do change it would have to be more than 3000 to 4000 Years Depending on how many layers of megma are found this would clearly show that the earth is more than 12000 years old.

According to the paper I read, the changing of the poles is not as fixed as we would hope. The last one, if I remember correctly, was about 4000 years ago (and I need to check this, I am not sure). The article stated that if it would've been "fixed" times, then we are about to wittness such event soon.. but it's not quite fixed, so you can't really tell.

An idea for another vid, about the nebula theory because alot of creationists argue that many planets or moons, such as Io cannot be active anymore (as in active volcanoes and magnetic fields) since they are so old and shudve cooled down.

Actually it's a lot easier to just watch where the sun sets in the evening - that's always west , north is then over your right shoulder. should work almost anywhere on earth
Maybe animals use my advanced technique to navigate, ie they just make a mental note of where the sun rises(E) and sets(W) every day, because I really don't think they've a compass like you said they do.

I didn't think it was so bad at the time. I prayed that it would be safe. When I got 100 feet from my apartment while driving only 25 mph, the tie rod came off. Had it come off 1 minute before, I would have been doing 65mph and it would have slung my vehicle off the hwy into trees.

wooops meant to say astounding -- I was up all night observing jupiter and other planets all night with my telescope.
BUT! astrounding sounds good.. a mixture of astronomy and astounding.

Tell me, if you don't mind, what kind of telescope are you using for jupiter observations? I'm trying to find a good one, and not sure which to pick.. (trying to fit it to my budget of course)

Yes, she does make references to creationism. still, one can not discount any of the facts she's laid out. for those of you who give credit to suggestion towards the bible, I know (or you would say, believe)youre grossly misled.

Remember the bible is a watered-down version (deluge pun intended)of many earlier cultures. Many of these cultures knew of these very topics she brings forth.

Egypt, Aztec, Mayan, Sumerian, just name a few . You have been taught these were primatize Sun worshiping peoples. When the fact is Judeo-Christian-Islamic beliefs are nothing more than Paganized-Sun-Worship, with the knowledge of Astronomy being lost over the years. If were cruel, i would say plagiarized but there is more knowledge being lost, than transfered in the Torah spin-off, ghost-written, 7000th versioned sequel..... some call THE TRUTH

The knew of them, yet they had many wrong and many other false beliefs. This means nothing other than we had different types of discoveries in different continents.

I happen to speak it fluently, and studied the OT in its original language (hebrew + aramaic) for 12 years. Give a verse, if you want, i'll take a look.

The hebrew meanings can be translated by context and not by modern definitions. The words are used in other definitions than they are today.
I actually read the Hebrew version fluently :)

circle is not a sphere. And it seems that a)if you're not here to debate we have nothing to go on for and b) you're not holding the statement I argue against, so the argument is semi-circular and unfocused.
Just please stop mixing circle with sphere. They're not the same. The bible has BALL and SPHERE in it, just not in the context of EARTH. So it's not like this is the way they used to define 'round things' like spheres.

Godusesamac, I believe we should define what the PURPOSE of our existence is (according to a belief in god) if we are to argue whether the design of earth fits it or not perfectly. Don't you agree? :) Since I claim we have no purpose, I believe it's up to you to supply your belief for the answer so we can move on debating.

No no, I'm not judging by geometry, I'm judging by suitability-for-life parameters, which assumes that the earth was created for humans (the premise of the monotheistic god, isn't it?)
If the earth flips polarity, for instance, it will no longer be suitable for MOST of the animal life. Chandler's wobble has no meaning or purpose for life on earth; none whatsoever.. a tiny wobble lasting 433 days that does nothing for us shows a purpose/perfection to be quite flawed..

I see what you're saying, but I'm not sure I agree. An all knowing all doing god who CREATED things needs to have a purpose for things. An all doing god has no limits, so his invention should qualify as the most perfect to achieve that purpose.
So both purpose and perfect design needs to be in the argument. State the intended purpose, then show how the design suits perfectly into it... see what Im saying?

We have no argument at this specific thesis, then :) I can argue 'spirituality' in terms of 'super-natural' in my view being an oxymoron, but it is an argument for another day. In here, I argue ID-proponents' "perfect design by god" solely.

btw, globe is not circle, circle is not globe - the main and enormous difference is the fact one is FLAT and the other is 3Dimentional. Yes, true, if you take a bug and put it on a ball, it will think it's a circle. But we're not bugs. Humans KNOW what balls are. The difference is not immaterial it's huge. Ball is one thing, circle another. I'd expect a book that claims to deliver god's word to know the difference.
