  • why is the frog's head is silver cladded?

  • i just bought a hand held pump nebulizer with a bottle of super silver for preparation

  • I enjoyed your last bit, from 4:50 or so. I agree! Many of us will be seen as visionaries, I'm sure of that.

  • The Hair is totally epic! SF you are the man!

  • @truthislibertyus Thanks! I like having epic hair!

  • It's extremely difficult to unearth anything about everyday life from distant past... Great temples, cities, roads and big engineering projects are clearly visible but personal letters or such... must be a miracle like books found in a bog or Roman letters found in a hole (not official letters, but copies with errors or faults). Imagine to try decode early memory tapes now... after civilization's collapse you'll need a miracle again.

  • @grraadd I don't think we will crash into antiquity. I have faith in the human race, but not the people currently in charge. I think we will go through some troubling times, but we will make it out on the other side.

  • @grraadd Look up the Vindolanda letters found in Northern England, they were letters of ordinary people of the times (100-200AD approx) written on thin pieces of wood. Some were party invites, others complained about the surface of the roads and others were orders for more beer and warmer underwear!

  • Don Harrold is a snake oil sales boy. Stay away from him. He would love to get you into one of his pyramid scams. Just my 2 cents...

  • Thanks for the great links, and nature walk. Enjoyed the tour.

  • you seem much more sedate when you're out in nature

    lol

  • Wonder what happened with Mr Ramirez from the CFTC , hope he is not on his coffe break

  • You cant loose money with gold. Since gold is traded at an Exchange Rate, not a Price. Gold, is Money, Money is trust, debt and more bad stuff.

  • @TeunisD Yes, gold has no counter-party risk!

  • good stuff

  • I used to check pollywogs when I was a kid, thanks for the memories! Nice area for a walk.

  • Great video!

  • POLYWOGS! LOL! We call them "tadpoles"!

  • The official 'price' of silver gets smashed, yet here in Europe the retail price of silver soars and suppliers struggle to keep up with demand.

  • Whooaaa BIIIIIG

  • Trading for us little guys cannot happen when they close down a web site such as Ameritrade during violent downward volatility.Holding onto your money is the imperative as outlined by Dmitry Orlov in 2009.

  • @justjacqueline2004 Yea, that has got to be a crime, shutting the little guy out of the game at a critical time!

  • Gold definately has risk, I questioned an older gentleman at work about his retirement investment and he said he held gold during the 80's and lost a lot of money. I don't think this will happen now in this environment, but neither did they back in the 80's when gold was skyrocketing.

  • @OzClawhammer Yes, I think that the price action of gold and silver at that time scared many people away from the metals!

  • Hey, love the videos. I work doing odd jobs most of the time and don't know anything about the stock market. Would it be smart for me to buy physical silver coins and save them up with each paycheck, ya know, just a few here and there and save them over time? If so, where's the best place to get them and what kind should I get. Forgive my ignorance, I just want to set myself up for whatever the future may bring. Thank you.

  • @jshsluss Hi, that is a great idea! Check out the coin stores near where you live, there are also bullion dealers in larger population areas.

  • yes quite some shortage of metals.

And paper price went down, but the gold seller did not let his physical price down.

    Did not change.

  • etfs crash dragging the price down, even when metals got smashed last time premiums especially on silver were huge and everyone was "sold out". That is the scenario don't correct yourself, metals will get smashed but theyll be none to buy at those prices.

  • I get all self-conscious when I start thinking about people from the future looking back at my comments. Nosey future people.

Paper gold is trash. I think GLD was set up by JP Morgan to help keep down the price of gold. I don't think they own any physical.

We keep coming into those obvious signs that the gold & silver market is being manipulated, like when silver keeps going into backwardation. Sausages are 10 Rubles, but we don't have any sausages.

  • That looks like a big frog. You could have a frog leg feast once all those polywogs grow up.

Jesse Ventura said one of the reasons he wrote his new book is because he didn't want future generations to think that everyone bought the bullshit. I guess in a way the people in this community are writing something like a cyber-saga.

  • So, you think we will see 14.00 again when Portugal, Spain or Italy gets a bailout. They are next. I dont see any other dominoes in front of them. Spreads will just increase. My question is as we see the dollar get ultra strong from European defaults will it behave almost like a stimulus for the consumer since oil will get ultra cheap. Im predicting that for every EU nation that falls to a bailout/austerity we will see gas drop .30-.50+ gal.

  • Every gold or silver certificate should be backed 100% by it's claim in the actual metal. Anything else is FRAUD. These white-shoe boys who matter-of-factly state that ETFs or certificates are leveraged should be put in chains and frog-marched off to federal prison. Or better still, have them hauled off to a mine and have them extract the amount that has been leveraged by hand until the debt is paid off.

  • Does The Grand Supercycle have a YouTube channel?

  • @rollinglibs101 Not that I am aware of! It would be great if The Grand Supercycle made videos about those charts.

  • nice to see the outdoors

  • @idonotneedanidforyou Thanks! I have more like that coming!

  • I love your videos..I love the way you walk through the woods and discuss your topics...I love the polywogs...

Thank you so much...Your videos .WILL be studied in the future...

  • @CleRoyster You are welcome! Your comment will also be studied!

  • CORRECTION: That's a bullfrog. I suspect that the polywogs/tadpoles your'e talking about do not belong to this type of frog. The tadpoles in your videos will likely end up being frogs that will never get larger than the diameter of a quarter. I'm unconcerned about the market. The only thing I'm interested in is if Gold & Silver are going to have any long-term dips that I can take advantage of in 2011?

  • @veritasfiles Yes, I figured that was a bullfrog. In the marsh I saw a bullfrog tadpole, but it swam away too quickly to get it filmed. It was huge!

  • That's a bullfront.

  • Careful! The frog might try and eat you! LOL

  • He looks like a baby croc

  • i don't think you can trade the physical metal because of the spread.. etf's yes.. up and down like mary's pants at a picnic. no spread to deal with just commissions.

take the tadpols home and put them in your pond, that is the only way you can get a frog to stay.

  • @navtel The spread is a killer! Can only trade if you can catch at the top of the peaks and the bottom of the dips. I would rather just hide them in the stream with a bullfrog guarding them!

  • @silverfuturist I am just joking there! Don't bury your bullion under moving water, a flood could be disastrous!

  • I wonder how many of those thousands of tadpoles survive to become a frog. If they would all survive then they would destroy the the environment. They resemble sperm...millions set out but only very few make it in the end.

  • tkx joe...love the silver news, but really enjoy the polliwog updates too...:-)

  • those frog legs look delicious

  • @ 0:14 That Frog gots a huge head! You will be the Nostradamus of Silver/Gold in a decade or so. Students will have a field day and a good time watching and learning from your videos :-)

  • @charlesfuchs Thanks! Students will like your comments also!

  • Another reason to already have your physical gold and silver is due to the new legislation that the SEC gave money market fund directors the flexibility to freeze shareholder redemptions if the fund is about to break the buck. People don't understand that money market fund is not cash, it is a fund.

  • @ILovelisanova Good point! Your silver fund is a pile of silver atoms.

  • gold is going straight upwards

  • People in the future will be astounded that we had faith in a purely fiat worldwide system for close to 40 years. It took that long for us to really start waking up en masse. Great vid SF.

  • @whygoldandsilver Thanks! Your documentary will go down in history as one of the most significant documentaries of our time for retail investors!

  • Dude...thinking outside the box here...all those pollywogs...

    .

I don't want to sound ghoulish or anything, but, did you know the price of frog legs is now up to between $8.75 and $11.00 per pound? ;-)

  • @nameofthepen I had no idea! And I am sitting on the mother lode of frogs!

  • He's probably an 'Elliot Wave' guy. They Elliot wavers are very bearish on the stock market. Check out Harry Dent's latest video. watch?v=AEsAjYXlLuI&playnext_from=TL&videos=mi5Rq3dabXU

  • @ILovelisanova He didn't predict gold would go to 600 last year, so I think he is doing his own research, but he is probably similar.

  • Eat his legs!

  • The pollywogs still need a bailout. :P

  • @Peridolin They only got stimulus!

  • Oh yeah ,we are headed to 7-8k on the DOW.

The criminals at the COMEX will drop GLD/SLV ,so their slime ball friends can buy in lower. Check out runtogold blog why GLD is a fraud. Silver could see 12 even 10 before it heads back up. Don Harold SAYS he is doing well. Most traders (think Cramer) are frauds/scammer/liars.FACTS are 90%

  • @cpgone I agree. At least with the physical, we can also buy on the dips. The day traders get mad at me will I leave comments that Goldman Sachs and the bullion banks are cleaning them out. They don't like to lose, some sort of ego I guess.

  • @cpgone 12 or 10 is a scenario... or they physical market might overwhelm it by then, I dunno.

  • @silverfuturist If silver goes back to $12 from the sell off of the SLV, we can huge shortages on websites across the board and I wont see alot of people selling physical silver for that low or wont even sell them if they have it.

  • @charlesfuchs Depends on how long it hangs out at that low price. Times get hard people sell anything to eat.

  • @silverfuturist Doug Casey just did a piece on the huge silver sell offs of the last 40 years or so. He said around 10-ish.

  • The problem with GLD-SLV is not the physcal metals. it maybe a problem with price action but thats the casino for you.

The problem will be within' bank runs as you are trading with an account sort of like having a party poker account.

If you are a day trader or any comex/forex/stock trader then when is your exit strategy to get out of the gambling game?

  • @endlessmountain Yes, bank runs could be problem for day traders. They could double their money, and then lose what they gained during a dollar revaluation, if that happens. That is my biggest fear in becoming a trader.

  • I like this nature show, haha

  • I understand what you said, but I am not sure that the same 2008 scenario will happen. This time if the price drops, the chinese/indians/etc will jump on precious metals. They now know that money printing is their biggest risk. I remember Marc Faber a year ago, he said that economics is not like chemistry or physics, we can never repeat exactly the same experiment.

  • u can get a polarizing lens for your camera there cheap and then u could look into the water :)

  • its a bull frog! we eat their legs down here in the south...

  • @centervilletn What about the rest of the frog?

  • @silverfuturist unfortunately they only eat the legs..the rest of the frog isnt used..i dont eat them ...i have and they taste good but i dont have the heart for it...when i was a young teen i used to frog hunt with my buddies....but the older i get the less inclined to hunt i am..

  • he's masive!

  • Good thing that big frog is not in the polywog pool. Frogs are cannibalistic!

  • @doverlin Yes! I read that big polliwogs will even eat smaller polliwogs!

  • Nature and business. Actually loved it.
