    What do you mean by results? Your muscles become stronger and stronger by the day. You should feel your ab muscles right away...Unless you are talking about actually SEEING your abs, because if there is still some fat covering the abs, you will not be able to see them :(

  • Wanna loose the pooch in 24 hrs?

    Here is how:

    Buy some wool socks and foot powder. Turn wool socks inside out and apply some powder, but not too much. Walk all the way down into the Grand Canyon and then walk out. Step lightly ( do not go thundering down) and when you get out, I promise you will no longer have a pooch.

    I am dead serious. Bring approx 4 liters of water for the trip in and 4 for the trip out. Soak your feet in the cold Colorado for 3 hours at the bottom.

    loose 3 pant sizes.

  • This is good information. I used to be a bad ass Army Sergeant Remedial PT trainer and I like this guys stuff. Also, I like his taste in women! The edits might be awkward but the included photos of women are a beautiful thing.

    If you still have a pooch, you are eating wrong and drinking too much milk, beer and eating too much ice cream and bread. Drinking too much Coke, too much sugar in your coffee, too much creamer, etc. etc. etc.

    Cut out ALL sugar and simple carbos. Continued....

  • If you want to get abs remember that you need to cut some calories on your diet and do some cardio otherwise you will never see your abs no matter how much you work your abs... Checkout my channel to learn more tips on how to get abs fast!

  • Dog food isn't treated with the same standards as food prepared for humans. All you have to do is actually know the nutritional info of what you're eating and make sure you aren't going over recommended daily amounts. Do some google searching, or better yet, talk with a trainer about how to change the amounts for muscle building. Most every gym will provide that info for free.

    It might also improve your spelling and punctuation.

  • i am relatively advanced in my training but i have neglected my lower abs. now, when i push heavy weight when i squat, i can feel a burning in one particular part of my lower abs. this has become my limiting factor in my squats because i don't want a heernia, and then have to have it fixed. using these lower ab motions should help me out and enable me to throw some more weight onto my squats. thanks a bunch!

  • Is it better to do slow repetitions and pause at the contracted position or do moderately fast continuous movements?

    The first one tires me more, the second one needs nearly double the repetitions. If I get as much tired in both, do I work out the same? Or does the first cause more galactic acid? Interested in any ab workout, not just lower.

  • this not the right way. you must stretch your legs further out, thats what stretches abs, especially lower abs.this will not burn fat,it will only make abs stronger, but the fat remains.

  • The point of this video is not to show you how to burn fat. You need diet and cardio exercise for that. This is to show you how to work your lower abs, and it does a good job of it. I use some of these exercises myself and they work quite well.

  • These won't spot reduce bodyfat, but they should be difficult enough that you can't perform them every night.

  • 1 month is NOTHING lol! also cardio is the only way your gonna get the fat off. crunches, sit ups and leg-raises etc just tighten your mid section NOT burn fat. also 1 month is NOTHING as I already said. Just keep at it until you get what you want and never give it up. Also remember the all important cardio to burn the fat.

  • actually a proper diet is the only way to get fat off. Cardio wont do shit if you're stuffing your fat face with 10 big macs a day. A combination of eating healthy and a proper workout routine is the best way to lose weight. Cardio alone IS NOT ENOUGH

  • This is very similar to what I do except I use a small pillow instead of sitting on my hands, and to make it train even more muscles I lift up my body so my legs and torso are almost straight up. Then you pause briefly at the apex and you can really feel all those stablizer muscles

  • whoever wants the fastest way to get abs and most effective way I will show you how and they all don't explain shit about this "oblique exercises" search them we all have abs under the skin, what the obliques do is tighten your sides and as they tighten they pull your muscles and fat and tuck it in the sides or just burn them off, obliques are the answers trust me all that shit is a waste of time and energy

  • "lower abs" specific training does not exist. Muscle fibres cant contract in that way.

  • if you really NEED to get rid of "skin" the only way to do it is an operation, that is if its just skin. being that you are a woman, it is very normal. dont be so self conscious if its just a little bit of skin. now if you do have fat, which I really doubt since you are thin, the only way to burn it is cardio. that is the first step to getting abs. for most women its not that easy and requires a lot of working out(every other day about 45 minutes focusing on your abs) to achieve super cut abs.

    thats only if you exercise and eat like nothing.

    make sure you have like atleast 6 small meals a day, and enough protein, and you can work your abs every day.

  • I think the abdominal muscles should be trained as frequently as all other muscles... ONCE per WEEK. Have you ever seen my 12-Week Transformation video? I only worked my abdominal muscles once per wee for the last 8 weeks... and only about 3-4 minutes at a time. However, I exercised "ECCENTRICS," the secret solution to strength. That's why I wrote a book about it. :-)

  • Standfirm, this looks great. Will this technique get rid of the fat pad above the "private area" quickly? Im looking to get results in a little over 2 months as my goal. Can my goal be achieved in my time frame? i also have been dieting for a little while now and have dropped weight off pretty nicely and have gained muscle as well, but i'd love to flatten the fat pad in a little over 2 months. please respond back. Thanks

  • You can spot PROduce muscle but can't spot REduce fat. You can definitely burn a lot of fat off of your entire body in 2 months though... and some of that will be from the lower abs. The last place you store fat is usually the first place it comes off. :-)

  • so for a guy it's the stomach area. for woman it's hips. a guy goes from stomach and branches out from there producing fat.

  • ok help me out im 14 i have like arnold swchartzennegger legs fairly good upper abs but in between my lower abs really suck man the reason i have huge legs is because i used to be kinda chubby and i lost weight(idk how) so the muscles stayed now i have fairly good upper abs but my lower abs really suck man

  • I don't know why people are hating. I've seen these exercises before and I know they are efficient.. shouldn't that be all that matters?

  • Those aren't that hard they way this vid has taught them. Try lowering the feet to at most 3 inches above the ground - that estimation will take time with experience - and try raising the butt before your legs hit 90 degrees with the ground, say 70 degrees.

  • It might be that you have to adjust you're diet, cause you might have to much bodyfat at you're waist, i presume. :)
