This is a fake picture, while the earthquake is real this picture is not. the ocean in this photo is the pacific and unless water was displaced there will be no significant tidal action. The Haiti quake occur on land and while ther was a lot of shaking and destruction no major areas under the sea were displaced significantly enough to cause a tsunami of any size let alone one with a wave taller than the tallest bulding on the shore. Nice photo shop work for a beginner.
