@Djanmila I just turned 20 years old I been in the bodybuilding sport since I was 17 years old on and off but my friend told me that I should gain somethings naturally before taking steroids and that I should not mess with my hormones untill after the age of 25. Of course I want to use steroids in about 5 years from now but I will only do it under the supervision of a doctor just like all these pro bodybuilders do they have their physician check them up all the time. Steroids can be used safetly

to sum this up, yes these professional bodybuilders DO use steroids. NO they dont take heroic doses of them or else theyd end up like greg valentino (google it if u dont know). they dont rely soley on steroids, there success has come from decication, proper nutrition, & training. steroids have only allowed them to break past their own bodys potential.

No. they take steroids, protein they have good diet etc visiting doctor.They control everything (hormons for example). I saw inetrviev with Ronnie Coleman becouse he was in Poland and one person ask him "what do you prefer on first cycle?" Ronnie answer "dont take this, you are sucks" xD
