I was under the impression that ankous did not drop chaos runes but i am mistaken... I'm at ankous now and one just dropped some.

Some people are saying that you wouldn't be able to last there that long.. Well when I go I take bones to peaches tabs and collect the bones. This means I'll pretty much never run out of food as long as I collect the bones. I can last for hours at ankous, but my highest loot has only ever been 400k ish. So ya it's kinda fake.
