Blu was the inspiration behind the ad, it's pretty common to have underground art profiled in the mainstream as it brings instant credibility with the young generations. I worked on character development for the commercial but didn't make it all the way through to final production stages. I'm kind of sad to see that the character used is extremely close to one I developed though!

this is a rip off of BluBlu graffiti's work. All of this advert is computer created instead of manual graffiti art work which is done by Blu Blu. His work takes over two weeks to create just a ten minute motion graffiti film.
