im trying to install a toggle switch to a ccfl with on/off /and sound activation. Im thinking i need a 3 position toggle switch on/off/on. except i dont know wich to use. also what specs do i need (such as amps volts and vac? also is it a spdt switch? (single pull double throw?) do you have any wiring diagrams? this video is very confusing.
Rather than doing all the ground stuff, just cut the switch off that comes from the PCI bracket, and solder the 2 points of the switch you want to use to the wire that came from the original switch in the PCI bracket. Much Easier.
bullshit

Too much talking and not enough demonstrating. Would have been better off typing a guide for it and using diagrams or something.
