It is the Britsh Empire who started war on? Germany - not the other way round. The V2 was the just retaliation to bomb the British aggressor back.

It is worth pointing out that Antwerp was heavily bombarded by V2 rockets during the autumn and winter months of 44/45. Fortunately British army radar units north of the city were able to intercept 90 % of the incoming. Even so hundreds of people were killed.
@malgray2 Please listen to the video. The Vengeance2 "V2" was not able to be shot down. It came down faster than the speed of sound from more than 50 miles altitude. Your 90% interception rate refers to the V1 buzz bomb. A winged rocket propelled bomb that flew across the English channel at several hundred feet.
too sad it came too late i would loved it if many more britains would be killed by these, they would have deserved it
