If Rush was a victim of a over zealot democratic prosecutor, then why didn't he have his day in court in front of a jury to prove his innocence and that he was being rail roaded? My guess was that he knew he was guilty and that his expensive lawyer Roy Black got him a plea deal that he was satisfied with to keep him out of the court room and jail. Just remember Rush himself once said during the William Kennedy Smith trial: "If you hire Roy Black, you must be guilty."
