Actually that's not unusual for attack helicopters like the AH-64 Apache to be flying as low as that in some situations. When they do tank hunting missions, for example, they often fly (very carefully) below treetop level out of sight, then when an observation helicopter such as an OH-58 or any other ally spots a bad guy, the Apache pops up, lets loose with a Hellfire, then pops back down again to avoid AAA and SAM fire.
