@absolutinspire As a Vertu owner I can tell you that Vertu concierge service is absolutely terrible, maybe I'm too spoiled by the AMEX service, but then again, shouldn't the Vertu service be at least as good as the AMEX one?

I continue buying Vertu because they feel good and I like the design, but I don't activate the concierge service anymore.

And they don't attend your calls, not that I would like some random outsourced guy answering them, but just clarifying.

The reviewer tells very standard things about the beauty of the phone and only admits that the lowest row of the keyboard is very uncomfortable to use.

@humpguest Я и говорю, что телефоны эти направлены на толстосумов. А нокиа была хороша лет 5 назад. Когда появился 6600 в России - я взял себе его и это было лет 8 назад и они не поменялись за все это время...сКУКАТИЩа. Они не сделали кроме 6600 ничего революционного....просто исправляли баги и улучшали железо, значительно более медленное, чем у других производителей.
