I love both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Catch-as-Catch-Can Wrestling; and I can say from a neutral standpoint that Ben Askren should be training primarily Catch-as-Catch-Can Wrestling instead of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

Over and over Ben goes for a single and Marcelo figure -four's the inside arm and bar-arm's the other until he's at a sufficiently lateral position to prevent the sweep. then he easily submits him because of the trapped arm. great stuff!
