Do not order a contract with a free gift from the car phone warehouse, most likely out of the views iv seen online the gift will have a fault . check online reviews before you choose to go with this cowboy company. customer service is awful so if your like a lot of people out there who demand on good reliable service, don't count on it with this company.
never buy anything from these scummy bastards, if anything goes wrong, which it usually does with phones, they will basically tell you to fuck off, they will have you running around, calling dead end after dead end until you are ready to top yourself even then they will still tell you to fuck off, soon as they have your money, you can forget about any after sales service. I bought a phone from this lot 3 days ago. I found the phone awkward to use and checked their website. It states if you are not happy with your purchase return it within 14 days. I took it back the day after I got it and was told no replacement was to be offered. So they do not even honour their written website claims. So if you are looking for a phone you know who to avoid. Disgusting serviceand I am taking this further.

Actually carphone didnt "lose" the right to sell vodafone contracts, vodafone wanted carphone to gurantee a certain perfecntage of all contract connections to be on vodafone, and carphone said no... we are indipendant, we will let the cusotmers choose.
Very true. The fact that Phones4U agreed to the proposition means that they are now extremely pushy wih regards to Vodafone contracts. Try walking past a store and you'll soon see! And now that other independents like The Link have closed down, Carphone is now the only truly independent mobile phone retailer left...a strong position to be in, no? So really, this chick doesn't know what she's talking about.
