I loved EEnE and I still do, but as a kid, I never realized how sad it was from the point of view of the Eds. They never really won at the end of an episode. Luckily, the Big Picture Show premiered and they finally had a happy ending, so now the past episodes aren't that sad anymore.

Isn't it weird how we look back on some of our old favorites and see a depressing "never win" side we never noticed? Like Wile E Coyote, Charlie Brown, and even Dexter's Lab.
