Anything can be challenged in a court of law. Interestingly, the United Nations human rights chief, Navi Pillay, has criticised the Swiss saying
the referendum was: ''discriminatory, deeply divisive and a thoroughly unfortunate step for Switzerland to take'' and
she warned that it risked ''putting the country on a collision course with its international human rights obligations''
because of its discrimination against a single religion.
