What size sprocket u guys using? How many teeth? Cause I built one and it won't do deep water starts? An where can you get those bearings from?

Yes you need a torque converter ideally. We used a TAV2 torque converter.

Winch is running 6.5hp motor, TAV2 torque converter and 1000 foot bullet line :)
