  • How can I do this without my hip sticking out when I move my leg?

  • Quelle pointe de pied ! :o

    super ^^

  • good i like but try to not move ur hip

  • All of you correcting her, let's see you dance. I bet you'll get plenty of corrections too.

  • your bending your knee on the working foot as your bring the foot in...

  • is it to late for me to start taking ballet lessons? im a 21yr old guy... and totally NOT gay!

  • @Leadman1989 Definitely not! Ballet will keep you fit and healthy, personally it feels very rewarding! It's better now than never :)

  • @Leadman1989 I feel that grace is a very under appreciated quality in men. you want to take ballet, TAKE IT WITH NO REGRET! ;)

  • @Leadman1989 nope not gay at all unless you are gay. there are 5 guys i grew up dancing and only 1 of them is gay. :)

  • @Leadman1989 Never it's too late !!! you can do it !!! n__n ballet it's the most beautiful thing in this world

  • @Leadman1989 go for it!!! the world need more male ballet dancers!!!!

  • This is not Battement tendu

  • I think that those tendus are pretty darn good! I don't think the foot should be "laboring" at all, I guess it depends on what style of training you have.

  • Вы конечно извините, но девочка не правильно делает батнан тендю!!! ее рабочая нога идет не прямо, а кстанку, то есть съезжает на одну линию с опорной...

  • this is like an old cartoon. no voice just old music and picture... haha

  • good god. nobody's perfect.

for how imperfect it was, i thought she did a good job.

  • watch the hips!!!

  • Great effort, but....make sure you are not "placing" your foot as opposed to "working" the foot into each position...dragging, using your adductors, intrinsic muscle use is what the tendu is all about...the tendu works the foot and the hip for strength and turnout...it's just not a pretty little jont at the barre...really feel your foot as you push along the floor so as to develope the arch and the strength within...put your thoughts into quiet body and movement of only the leg and foot...

  • i've seen better...

  • Your lifting your hip every time and aren't "using the floor"

  • @Nadirahdances You're spelling "you're" incorrectly.

  • Девушка сильно наклонилась к станку.Окончательно в первую позицию не приходила.!

  • nice turnout...

    but weird arms

and watch out for your hips and make sure you return to fifth and first everytime...

    good job.

  • It's funny how posting a video (even if you didn't post it of yourself) is an automatic invitation for corrections.

  • @relkitto i agree SOOO much hahaha people are just so funny hahaha

please excuse me if u get offended but.....it's true :\

    :))

  • you dont work through your feet at all. you should be going through the ball of the foot every time you tendu, whether tendu-ing out or closing. you cant just simply point your foot or else its doing nothing.

  • You're doing something to your working leg's hip when you got to tendu à la seconde... I can't really describe it, nor can I tell you whether or not it's something that's just a consequence of the movement... chances are it isn't actually an error, seeing as the rest of your technique is virtually flawless...

    Otherwise great job!

  • you're right, it's like the hip is pulled up when her leg goes in and out and it's placed in its normal place when she has no movement in it... weird

  • You have great form!

  • how can i get this turn out?

  • You have a 180 º turnout =O ... thats something big to say ^^...

watch out for ur fingers... ... try to use ur hand more gracefully (:

im pretty sure ur a good dancer ^^
