I wish I could see an acupuncturist on a regular basis. Alas, I only have so many visits per calendar year which are covered by insurance. I always get relief from the pain, and energy too! But it only lasts a day. I wish I could go regularly to see if I'd get great results over the long term.

Steph, I don't have ANY visits per calendar year. Trust me, we don't have money to blow either!!! I have found (I swear this is true) that it pays for itself in my case because otherwise my MD co pays and Rx co pays shoot up -- from not going to acupuncture often enough. I know it's hard to come up with the cash to go regularly. I make acu a top priority... right up there with food and sleep! I'm not kidding! :)

this is very informative! I have always wanted to try acupuncture. The cost and getting to a location down here in the south that does it might be hard for me. I must look into it.
