Looks to me that she is not gentle by the way she is handling the baby. I would not want my baby there. Babies are fragile and sensitive. Also they wash the baby directly at the tap water that can change the temperature and burn the baby. Please be more friendly and soft with then...they need that.

Wow. I wish I had seen this a couple of days ago. Maybe then I could have babysat another younger kid with the rest of the siblings.
