When i worked at a fancy restaurant (busser) my bosses always made me bounce people because of my martial arts training and my fighting ability. And it worked when i was there, never had to get violent. But it's not the guys up front you have to worry about, it's the hard working chefs in the back. This would have never happened in my old work place because me and at least 3 big tattooed chefs would have stopped them and detained them until police arrived. Ah stupid unnecessary trouble makers :)
