I have a lot of respect for these guys. Primarily, the vocal error shows that they're not anywhere close to lip-synching or faking a genuine performance. To play as a band for that long nonstop is not an easy feat.

HUGE voice crack at 0:47.... terrible. There music live is great instrumentally, But there singer is struggling. His voice is mostly just auto tuned in there recordings. Which is exactly why his voice can get so high on recordings and still sound clean, but live its terrible.

I love this song so much! I really like how it bursts into the chorus on it, it's brilliant! Mew is a genius band, I really like some of musical solo's in the songs, their really creative like the one starting at 2:59 and ending at 3:15, and then it bursts to drums and the chorus starts again, and I LOVE Jonas' voice! You don't hear a voice like that very often, it's so high and beautiful :D anyone who hasn't heard Mew yet has no idea what their missing out on!

It's the same in New Zealand. I only heard about them when one of my classmates put 'And The Glass-Handed Kites' on during a study break. To this day it's the only CD I have ever immediately decided I want after listening to the whole thing.

Then you know that they're singing the song without playback. I think it adds some charm to their songs that Jonas can fuck up sometimes, he puts so much effort and emotion into his singing that when it cracks it adds a bit of a chill down the spine.
