If the USA want the respect of the whole world they must be the first to respect the International Humanitarian Law. This step taken by the President Obama will be beneficial not only to the many detainees whose cases will be reviewed one by one, but also to Americans, especially those who are sensible and believe in justice and should not pay the consequences of the atrocities committed by the American soldiers all over the world.
