The Libya system was, way beyond our BS democracy. Libya didn't owe money to the central banks and Gaddafi was able to spend the oil money on his people. Here is a few things he did Free rent, free education, free food, free elect, no income tax, no interests on loans, 70,000 for newlyweds to buy a house, 5,000 for newborns and the media says he didn't love his people...give me a break.
