Erm. It's not re-uploaded. It's just another video uploaded in an another account. Didn't you realise? The actual one is uploaded through sment, and this is uploaded through SMTOWN. In SMTOWN, there are more of SNSD videos like 'Into the New World' & 'So Nyuh Shi Dae' & Kissing You' etc.
