  • Wendy the truth that you share is always delivered with love,even when you are upset with people feeling sorry for themselves and not doing the work. I have either looked at or listened to every one of your videos. Never have you ever been hateful with your messages. It takes a strong person to do what you have done. I am glad that you are here to be a resource to us.

  • 1) Love this video - your videos always help me with my "head work". 2) Wow, 20 miles! It's crazy to think about how mind boggling that is to me right now, but a year ago running 2 miles was mind boggling to me. Ha! It's so interesting to me to see how my paradigm changes through this journey. Maybe some day I actually WILL run 20 miles myself!  Have a great run, Wendy!

  • Serious IS as serious does. The rules would work for everyone if they really committed. Some people are lying to themselves about what they're really eating.

  • I love that you put back out there that you aren't perfect 100% of the time and that in order to reach that goal, you had to put the bright lights on your demons. Sometimes we all forget that the people we watch are just as human as ourselves. Thanks for sharing!

  • oh...and i think last week was a tough week... maybe a little hormonal week?? lol! like i told you on facebook...i think that everyone has a right to say what they feel..and that we shouldn't take it as "we are being thrown under the bus" if we don't agree with it. We're all different people.. we shouldn't HAVE to agree w/each other about every point..but hey, we can love each other and encourage each other..in my book, thats all that counts! <3

  • all your videos are great videos... you are being you, no apologies needed for that, girlie! i think you are living an amazing journey... it is YOUR journey and that's all any of us can talk about anyway, right? to me your videos are a "take no prisoners" approach to the journey.. and alot of people need that...   • how do you do daily exercise only eating 800 to 1000 calories per day? It seems a little on the unhealthy side to do long term. I would like to try it if it really works. I have a hard enough time cutting my calories to 1200, can you really fit all your protein into only 800 calories? I have been doing an hour of cardio every morning and sometimes I gain weight even though I dont eat after 4pm. I cant get out of the 160's for nothin :(

  • I found out my time on the 5K Ontario Mills run. Did better than I thought for my 1st run. 37:52.8, placed 82 :) Right there in the middle. Placed 11th in my group age 40-49. Can't wait to beat it! Love challenges! Thanks for sharing your helpful thoughts. Helps tons, ears & eyes are open! Can't wait to hear about your 20 mile run. Love ya Wendy!

  • Thank you so much for keeping it real. You have taught me to be accountable to ME first and foremost. Be your own best friend and be honest with yourself. LOVE LOVE LOVE the videos. They keep me going on this journey. I have been stalled for about 3 months now and want to be keep moving down. Down 1 lb this morning and hopefully another by tomorrow. So glad you are keeping up with your videos. I hope your 20 mile run is a breeze.

  • Great video. Ur right, I'd someone does not like ur style they have the choice of not watching ur journey. They do not need to change u I think u probably touch a nerve when u say it like it is and by calling on ur own "weakness" (for lack of better word) people feel ur calling up on them. Which u r. But by exposing the defeating thoughts.

    Plus, yes.... Ur journey ur pace, my journey my pace.

  • I love you wendy. It sounds like you are having the same problems I'm having. People having a problem with themselves & being over sensitive. I blunt & real with myself, that is the reason we are both successful. I've noticed that the people that have a problem with me, will have a problem with me, no matter what I say or how I say it.I spent too much time step aside, but they still have a problem. You inspire me to be who I am. I love your videos & I love who you are, and I love me.keep it up

  • I'll keep it real with you. Initially I was turned off by your style but it had MORE to do(no EVERYTHING) to do with ME NOT DOING what I needed to do and a combination of me not getting all of the info I needed to get pre-op! The path of rationalizing "but she..." is used to deflect the "but I" comments(at least in my opinion). So do your thing lady! I'm doing the work this year and surprise....it works! Do you!

  • i feel u girl i changed all that this year i cut out all chips all chocolate bc i don't trust myself so i just said no completely its really a lot easier than sometimes yes n sometimes no...n i still struggle with going to sleep hungry especially side i struggle to even get to sleep...n omg i hope to someday become a runner I'm working on it!
