thats nice that you still have them they are not cheap to buy today even the remakes of them you only get a few in a box and the price is still up there
Ever since I saw my first bubble lights as a teenager in the early 80s, I always wanted some for my Christmas tree. But my FATHER always has to have his way, we can't have anything I want.
Lovely Mark, I will be shareing God willing this year also through facebook and youtube my vintage collection, includding the Snap On Bubble Lights I bought from you two years ago, Dep 56 North Pole. Thanks for shearing !
The C-7 bubble lights are great, but there's nothing like the C-6 bubble lights! Since I posted this video, I've acquired another marble bubble light stand and a Royal blue bubble light stand.
Love the video! I did a 16 foot Christmas tree 3 years ago in c-6 bubble lights that was awesome. Of course, even burning them on dimmers, I quickly discovered why the c-7's became sooooo popular! Best of luck with your collection! I also have every color of the candoliers and some very old cast iron lighted wreaths. I'll get some of this stuff posted on here one of these days. Mark
Ive been collecting for 4 years i have those royal bubbling candles i like those a lot expically the green i dont have any matchless stars i have a lot of bubble lights. and 2 bubble light trees as well. Looks like you hae a great collection of bubble lights fun to look at!
@nomaman1925 ....hey,do you have any of the mini petal reflector lights with the colored reflectors? Those always looked funny when someone would replace a bad lamp with one that was not the same reflector color......blue and red were aweful! How about the clear crystal pointed reflector sets? those were great too.
Your bubble light collection is MOST impressive!! I have been collection over 20 years. My brother collects matchless stars. I am very impressed with your collection!!! I hope your Christmas is beautiful and bright.
Thanks for the compliment! I re-lamped all of my burned-out C-6 bubble lights, which will be strung on the "fun" Christmas tree in the family room. The other big tree this year will go in the formal sitting room.
I love Matchless stars! I have about 20, but I bet your brother's collection is gorgeous! I have lots of vinylite displays, also. I'm making my office into the Christmas room so I can display some of my vintage stuff in the large breakfront curio in my office & see it all year!
