  • @pretretueur There is a full copy of the Rodanshu, a small iga scroll and a memories of a koka ninja scroll in full. Then there is about 50 scrolls which i have taken ninja quotes from, some big some small. but loads!

  • @TSOAS2008 It icludes a FULL COPY of the Rodanshu??? OMG! I WANT this book!!! And also the Shigenori Chikamatsu's manual?? Aaarrghh!!

  • @hieronymus999 Thats the one, and it is Amazing. The Rodanshu is not so ninja, but has bits. But the Chikamatsu stuff. Is amazing!

  • Great video Antony. The criminal arresting pools from left to right are sodegarami, sasumata, and tsukubo. There is a modern day version of the sasumata that is on rare occassions still used by the police in Japan.

  • @TSOAS2008 ♦ I do not have a modern day sasumata. But have seen them up close when I was in Japan watching a martial arts embu demostration. The ones being used had a wooden shaft with the u shape catcher made of metal. The tips on those had a type of leather stopper. But the ones that the police use are completely made of all metal. So there are different types.

    i read also the first book of investigation into the ninja and found it a good book to reference others to as a starter book to statr learning about the real Ninja!
