This movie is an hour and a half of great dialog and outstanding one-liners. Why there was never a sequel is beyond me. This is one of my favorite buddy cop flix of all time. Gratuitously corny in the best ways possible.  I enjoy watching this one now as much as I did when I was 13.

when I was a kid I watched this movie over and over it was my favorite, but back then I thought that the 3rd shot of the gun sly fires was aimed at a particular spot of the truck where it stucks the break on full throttle when damaged. now i ask myself why the driver pushed on the break throttle(theres a camera shot showing it) and not just run over tango and his small car. when a kid you really don't think this damn things and just have fun watching a Movie

Its a real shame Sly and Kurt never made sequels to this - they could have been as big as the Lethal weapon movies, but anyone who has seen the Expendables recently will have noticed how good Stallone and Jason Statham were as a double act.
