What is going on here besides the drums? I read that he has used some sort of synthesizer triggered by the bass drum, and I know about the vocals, but what are the other instruments at work here?

@RangerMoose7 he uses an old telephone mic implanted in his mask - and runs all sorts of reverb over it. you can hear him yell a bit during the song.. but it's mostly unintelligible. also bass.
