  • @leonidhaimov I think I initially shot one frame every 10 seconds but ended up speeding up the footage quite a bit for this short.

  • @kerranghighvoltage the reason is a bit complicated and 500 characters won't suit a good explanation. You should probably google "what causes midnight sun"

  • Amazing video! I went to northern Norway last year in July and saw the sun through the small morning hours. I want to live there! :-)

    Of course the flip-side is not seeing the sun at all between mid-November and late January.

  • That was really awesome sir. My friend is from Northern Canada and told me about the sun skirting the horizon, but until I actually saw it there I could only imagine how cool it could actually look!

  • It aint actually that dark at midnight, at about 2 am, the sun is at its lowest point. which means that the TIME ZONE must be a bit messed up in your area. Anyways, cool vid. thx mate!
