Do you have a video of that wave? With summer coming, we want to make a better wave, and your idea sounds like we need to have more weight - can you link me to a picture or video of that wave? Thanks.
We only go between 13-14 mph, and more importantly, this is a special surf boat from Centurion that has, of course, lots of fat sacs, is 24 ft long, but more importantly, has a special blade at the back that goes down to create 500 more lbs of downward pressure. The boat also has 'perfect pass' that automatically adjusts the speed to keep the wave consistent. The board that day is an actual surfboard - 7 feet 6 inches long. We use short boards and real surf boards - fun!
Rippin a long board on a lake.. cool.. we seem to get a better wake that yours though

Check out the following link - small board, same boat, shallow lake (usually means smaller waves) and a different angle on the wave

If your riding behind a "special" Centurion I would figure the wake to be bigger. Pretty small

Thanks - this year, we've figured out how to make a bigger one, and I hope to post that too. I'm more interested in the wave too ;)
