@aerofanable its just a normal pencil. i'm dipping it in paint. some ppl use toothpicks but i like holding pencil better

i really like this design i've never thought of using a lead pencil i usually use thin brushes.

i dont remember exactly, probably like an hour. but as lipsgirl said, if u paint the entire nail yellow first then the other colors, it might take faster

Thats way to complicated and time consuming. Just paint your entire nails yellow and then get a black nail pen or nail art deco nail polish and make lines, Its easier. But i love the design and look of it,

yeah the next time i did it, i just painted it yellow first then put the other colors on top. and i dont have a nail pen, so i had to use paint and a pencil.
