You guys haven't even seen the best part of Foster's game. Dude has hands like Derek Jeter. I saw him get short-hopped last year and he snagged it without breaking stride. I just thought, "Uhhhh, we got something here." (Drafted him in all three leagues this year, so he'll no doubt get hurt next week -- out for the year like the rest of my team.)
@rockstros67 although he was running through huge open lanes against indy's crappy run d, ill give him some credit. and lol at your faggot ass running to this comment to try and shove this in my face. lets see how the rest of the year plays out before we start gloating.
@darkmonkey123 haha ok asshole we just beat the redskins with our pass offense proving we can beat you any way we have to. and im just saying that if anything arian foster is underrated, most people hadnt even heard of him before 2 weeks ago, so how is that overrated? he had the second most rushing yards for week 1 all time, and the most rushing yards against the colts in history. so no i dont think it was just some fluke that he put his name in the history books his first game as an nfl starter
@rockstros67 listen i dont give a shit about the texans, i was only talking about arian foster and looking at the hype he was getting from a fantasy standpoint (although i failed to mention that part). look at his rushing totals from last game, not that great (he balanced it out with pass catching). but every time he makes a play its because of the o-line wrecking shit up not because hes elusive or quick (or even that good to begin with). slaton is better imo
@darkmonkey123 You're obviously ignorant. He's not an elusive runner, but he's a powerful back that has amazing vision. You have not seen him play, you obviously do not have any knowledge of football. Football is not about being talented and being athletic, but rather a more refined portion of knowing HOW to play football and to PLAY football. There have been amazing athletes and they come in daily everyday, but you never hear of these athletes. Arian Foster is a football player.
Sorry, but you're on drugs if you don't think that Foster has special athletic ability. You can put his athleticism up against any other back in the league and he's 6'1 and 227 pounds.......he also is VERY elusive runner in the open field....and this is coming from a long time Texans fan who watches him every week.
@cwright8426 Me on drugs? He's elusive and he has power. I never said he doesn't have any "special athletic ability." You must be on drugs for not understanding my sentence. He's predominantly more of a power runner, but he is certainly elusive...
AIf I say he has great football skills... Is that a bad insult? Idiot
And I prefer a power runner like AD over a Chris Johnson. So, yeah, how is that negative? Dumbass
rest of the year: 1600 rushing yards most in the league. so i think we can gloat a little bit. if you knew football you would have know that foster would have a good season.
@007xMOSTxDEADLYx With Tate out for the season im sure he will. Unless they still think butterfingers is better. Jeremiah Johnson looked good too though.
