As an alternative, you could always drain the barrier first and go into negative state. Then do what you did and it's a one hit KO.

Does that same combo with Tsubaki work on the PS3 version? I can't get it to go. On the first move in the air, it hits twice as opposed to the once it hits in your video, and the rest of the combo becomes blue.

@atokad234 If you're having trouble with Arakune's, just put him in beginner mode, get full heat then use D to grab them then hold B to use the distortions. Hope that helps.

@CrookTJ  The Capture Card I use is called a HauppaugeHD PVR, I think I bought it for $200 when I got it, but if you're look to just rip sound out of the game then one of the cheaper one's should be fine...I think you can find one for around $50...I'm not sure...

@llumys lol, no problem...I'm not sure how my terminology is off but I tend to try and make it as simple as possible for everyone to understand and I sometimes get mixed up on the proper way to say certain things because things like Super meters are called ultra meters in some games or heat gauges or whatever as long as I make myself clear I don't mind if I'm off too much...and as to my knowledge I didn't get any half-circle or quarter-circles mixed up..in any case thanks for the comment!

@DarkReigenRave You can use beginner mode for Arakune and Hazama's achievements and it also doesn't matter if you use beginner when trying to get "The Better part of Valor" but as for the rest you need to be in regular mode as their Combos call for specific movements....In beginner you don't have as much control over the combos you do....

another way to get BEES! achievement, play as unlimited arakune and use that beam special, does 100 hit combo. if you dont have him unlocked go to legion mode and draft him into your army.

I found that it was easier to do Hakumen's achievement the same you showed but instead drain his barrier along with the negative state. Than after the special just do the kick move. 2 hit combo doing 15,000 + damage.

@Fire016 Yeah you're right....really as long as whatever move you do after the initial charged slash move connects as a combo I think most moves will net you over the 10,000attack

@IL0veVide0Games make sure when the combo ends the counter is red not blue....If it's blue it means there was a break in the combo somewhere in which the person could have escaped....

I found that for Hakumen's Achievement, you do the same thing, but minus the negative stance, and throw a standing C in at the end works just the same, and does exactly 10,000 damage on the money :P

@Raikaton Make sure the combo number doesn't go blue, if it does that means that it wasn't a complete combo. Unlike the first game you cannot do these in training mode....

@Raikaton a REALLY easy way to do this, is to do legion mode (normal difficulty) and recruit V-13. She's basically unlimited Lambda , taunt with her (R1/RB) to get full energy and do her shooting sword DD twice, within a few seconds of each other. even tho it's V-13 the trophy still unlocked for me when I did this

Some things to note:

For Beachball!, all you have to do is land Hazama's Astral Heat in order to get the Achievement.

For BEES! you can actually move to the left and right during the Distortion, so you don't necessarily have to reverse the input.

For Twirling to Freedom, you don't have to get all the hits with -> C in the same combo.

For Better Part of Valor, you DO have to win by time-out.
