@Dreamer1196 Right, the title if the video is misleading. However I do think she still gave very sound advice. With OCD there is a region of manageability and if you do not take advantage of that you cross over into a region where you really do have little control over it and may require inpatient treatment.

@Dreamer1196 She's not saying you can prevent it, she is saying you can minimize it's impact. O.C.D. is a progressive disorder and gets worse symptomatically over time.
